WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY:  This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the U.S., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and reside in the following counties in the State of Ohio: Fairfield County, Franklin County, Hocking County, Licking County, Perry County, and Pickaway County.  All other entries are void.   Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and/or immediate family members of Fairfield Federal Savings & Loan (“Fairfield Federal”) and the respective prize suppliers are not eligible. The Promotion begins on April 15, 2008 and ends July 31, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”). 

2. PRIZES:  Two (2) Grand Prizes — One (1) $2,500.00 Gift Certificate/Card for Beatty Lawn and Tree Service, Lancaster, Ohio (the “Beatty Landscaping Grand Prize”) and One (1) $2,500.00 Gift Certificate/Card for Dittmar Sales and Service, Lancaster, Ohio (the “Dittmar Lawn Equipment Grand Prize”) will be awarded.  Total retail value of the Grand Prizes is $5,000.00.  Gift Certificates/Cards are subject to Gift Certificate/Card providers’ applicable terms and conditions.

3. HOW TO ENTER: 

A.  By Mail. Complete the official Promotion entry form (Available at all Fairfield Federal Locations) or hand-print your full name, address, daytime and evening telephone numbers on a 3”x5” note card and mail to 111 East Main Street, Lancaster, Ohio 43130. 

B.  At Fairfield Federal Locations.  Complete the official Promotion entry form and deposit in the ballot box located at each Fairfield Federal location. 

C.  Online.  Enter online by completing and submitting the online entry form in accordance with the on-screen instructions.  

Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address for the entire Promotion Period and for all locations.

FOR THE BEATTY LANDSCAPING GRAND PRIZE: Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than May 27, 2008.  Ballot box entries must be received by 5:00 PM (EDT) May 30, 2008.  Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (EDT) on May 29, 2008.

FOR THE DITTMAR LAWN EQUIPMENT GRAND PRIZE:  Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than July 27, 2008.  Ballot box entries must be received by 5:00 PM (EDT) July 30, 2008.  Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (EDT) on July 29, 2008.  Entries received in time for the Beatty Landscaping Grand Prize (other than the winning entry) will also be eligible for the Dittmar Lawn Equipment Grand Prize.

Fairfield Federal is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, illegible, damaged, misdirected, undeliverable, postage-due, altered, forged or delayed entries, and all such entries shall be void.  Fairfield Federal is not responsible for any technical problems or malfunctions while accessing or downloading information online in connection with this Promotion.  Additionally, Fairfield Federal is not responsible for any malfunction of computer online systems, computer equipment, servers or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Promotion; inability to access the online entry form; data processing that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site. 

Multiple entries, including multiple entries by the same entrant using different e-mail addresses or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated, robotic, repetitive or similar devices, will be invalid. In addition, entry through an agent or sweepstakes club or similar organization will void all entries submitted by that entrant.  Fairfield Federal reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. 

4. WINNER SELECTION:  Winners will be selected on or about May 30, 2008 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the Beatty Landscaping Grand Prize and on or about July 31, 2008 for the Dittmar Lawn Equipment Grand Prize.  Winner need not be present to win.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.  The random drawing will be conducted by Fairfield Federal, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.  All Federal, State and Local taxes (income or otherwise) on prizes are the responsibility of the winners.

Limit one (1) prize per household.

5. GENERAL RULES:  Each entrant must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such terms and conditions.  Potential winners may be notified by phone, e-mail and/or mail.  Potential winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within fourteen (14) days of the date of the notification or potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.  No cash value or other substitution of prize allowed, except at the sole discretion of Fairfield Federal, which reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value in the event a prize is unavailable.  Prizes cannot be transferred except in Fairfield Federal’s sole discretion.

Acceptance of prize constitutes agreement by winner (i) to release and hold harmless Fairfield Federal against any and all claims, injury, or damage caused or claims to be caused out of participation in this Promotion and/or use or misuse or redemption of the prize; (ii) to be bound by these Official Rules and any applicable terms and conditions that the providers place on the gift certificates; (iii) to grant permission (except where prohibited by law) for Fairfield Federal to use winner’s name, prize won, hometown, likeness and/or comments about winning for purposes of online posting, advertising, promotion and publicity in any media without additional compensation, and (iv) to provide to Fairfield Federal all information it requests in its sole discretion to report the prize to the Internal Revenue Service.  Fairfield Federal (a) makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning any prize, (b) disclaims any implied warranty, and (c) is not liable for injuries, losses or damages arising out of any person’s participation in the Promotion or the acceptance and use of any prize.  Any and all warranties for prizes or any portions thereof are contained in the manufacturers' or service providers' warranties, as relevant.  Only product providers' claims or warranties will apply with regard to prizes or items received after redemption of the prizes, and the prize winners shall look solely to the product and/or service providers for such warranties.

Fairfield Federal reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and/or to modify the Promotion or disqualify any entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Promotion.  Fairfield Federal reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Promotion for any reason.  In the event of cancellation, Fairfield Federal may elect to identify winners and award the prizes by way of random drawing from among all entrants who had entered the Promotion up to the time and date of such cancellation.

6. WINNERS LIST.  For an Official Winners List (available after July 31, 2008 and for sixty (60) calendar days thereafter), or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Fairfield Federal Savings & Loan, 111 East Main Street, Lancaster, Ohio 43130. 

7. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND VENUE:  These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of law principles.  Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved in the appropriate courts in and for Fairfield County, Ohio.
