Fairfield Federal is pleased to announce a major technology upgrade to enhance efficiency and convenience for our customers.  The improved technology will elevate your banking experience and is designed so that we may continue to provide you with safe, secure banking services, the newest technology and even better service than you’ve come to expect at Fairfield Federal. 

While most of this upgrade will be happening behind-the-scenes, it will be necessary for us to close all of our offices on Saturday, March 6, 2021 so that we can complete the transition.  Offices will be open as usual on Monday morning, March 8, 2021.  ATMs located at each office location will be available during the weekend, but balance inquiries will not be available.  The ATMs will then be down on March 8th in order to convert them to the new system.
Important Notice for Telephone Banking Users
We are making upgrades to our Telephone Banking system too. Telephone Banking will be unavailable from 12:00 p.m. Friday, March 5, 2021 until 9:00 a.m. Monday, March 8, 2021

Beginning Monday, March 8, the telephone number will change to 888-593-3021.  When you call for the first time using the new phone number, you will use the last 4 digits of your social security number (for businesses, use the last 5 digits of your TIN) as your password to log-in.  You will then be prompted to change your password.
Important information you need to know about e-Banking
Our Internet Banking and Bill Payment systems along with our Mobile App will have a great new look and many exciting new features. In  order for us to make this transition to the new system, it will be necessary for us to close all of our offices on Saturday, March 6, 2021.  Offices will open as usual on Monday morning, March 8, 2021.  ATMs located at each office location will be available during the weekend, but balance inquiries will not be available.  The ATMs will then be down on March 8th in order to convert them to the new system.

In addition, internet banking, and the mobile app will be unavailable from 12:00 p.m., Friday, March 5, 2021 until 12:00 p.m. Monday March 8, 2021.  Bill payment services will be unavailable after 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 4, 2021 until Tuesday, March 9, 2021 . There will not be any bill payments processed during that time so it is important that that you make sure not to schedule any payments including recurring payments to be processed on March 5 through March 8, 2021.

Beginning February 22, you can pre-register for the new E-Banking system by clicking the link on our website.  After 12:00 p.m. on March 8, when you log-in for the first time on the new system, you will be prompted to reset your password if you did not already pre-register.  Apple device users will be prompted to update our app.  Android users will need to delete our current app and download the new app through the app store.

All of your accounts, bill payees and scheduled payment information will be available on your internet banking account.  There will be no need to re-enter bill payment information into the new system.  If you bookmarked the log-in page, remember to re-save the new log-in screen.  You will need to re-enroll in eBills within the bill payment system and reset your eBills by clicking on the specific merchants.

Quicken Users: Special instructions will be available on our website to help you disconnect from the old system and reconnect to the new E-Banking system so that you have a seamless transition. With the new E-Banking service you will have the option to directly connect or you can continue to use the WebConnect feature.
