Important update: Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Effective July 23, 2020: Our lobbies are open for all normal banking operations. We are taking many precautionary steps to clean and sanitize our offices to limit the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus). While conducting transactions inside our lobbies, we ask that you maintain at least 6 feet of space between you and others. Hand sanitizer is available for use at each office.

Ohio’s Interim Director of Health has issued a public health order requiring face masks to be worn in any indoor location that is not a residence.
Therefore, all customers entering our lobbies must wear face coverings. It may be difficult for us to properly identify you while wearing a face covering so please bring your identification with you when you conduct transactions inside the lobbies.

If you are feeling ill or have any symptoms of COVID-19 we ask that you do not enter the lobby for the safety of others. We urge you to conduct your banking using the drive-through service or you may access your accounts online with e-banking and our mobile application which allow you to conduct most of your banking needs at home, 24/7. If you have not enrolled in e-banking you may do so on our website. Our telephone banking service is available 24/7 at 877-832-6800.

We continue to monitor the Centers for Disease Control, the Ohio Department of Health, federal, state and local governmental authorities for recommendations and advice so that we continue normal operations in the safest manner possible. We will update this page with any changes.
