As an essential service provider, Fairfield Federal is committed to providing banking services to our customers throughout this trying time.  The health and well-being of our customers, employees and community is extremely important.  We have taken many precautionary steps to clean and sanitize our offices.  However, to help limit the spread of the coronavirus and minimize the risk of infection to customers and employees, Fairfield Federal is taking the following additional measures:
Effective Friday, March 20, 2020, we will temporarily limit lobby services to by-appointment only for essential needs such as safe deposit access and mortgage loan services.  Branch office phone numbers can be found on our website: and will be posted on our lobby doors.  You may also reach us at 800-650-0987.

Our drive-through services will remain open during regular business hours.  The Main Office has a walk-up window which is fully operational during business hours.  Night depositories are located at each office as well as ATM machines.

We urge you to access your accounts online with e-banking and our mobile application which allow you to conduct most of your banking needs at home, 24/7.  If you have not enrolled in e-banking you may do so on our website. Our telephone banking service is available 24/7 at 877-832-6800.
Please remember your deposits are insured by the FDIC up to the FDIC’s deposit insurance limits.  Be assured that you will continue to have access to your funds.  The following is a link to the FDIC’s list of Frequently Asked Questions.

We will continue to monitor the Centers for Disease Control, the Ohio Department of Health, federal, state and local governmental authorities for recommendations and advice so that we may reopen lobby services as soon as possible.  We will update this page with any changes.
