Important update: Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Effective June 1, 2020: Our lobbies will be open and we are prepared to resume all normal banking operations. We sincerely appreciate your patience over the past weeks while we complied with the State of Ohio health orders and recommendations. Even though we are reopening the lobbies, the health and well-being of our customers, employees and community is still extremely important to us. We are taking many precautionary steps to clean and sanitize our offices. However, to help limit the spread of the coronavirus and minimize the risk of infection to customers and employees, we ask that you wear a face covering while conducting your business inside our offices and maintain at least six feet of space between you and others. It may be difficult for us to properly identify you while wearing a face covering so please bring your identification with you when you conduct transactions inside the lobbies.

If you are feeling ill or have any symptoms of COVID-19 we ask that you do not enter the lobby for the safety of others. We urge you to conduct your banking using the drive-through service or you may access your accounts online with e-banking and our mobile application which allow you to conduct most of your banking needs at home, 24/7. If you have not enrolled in e-banking you may do so on our website. Our telephone banking service is available 24/7 at 877-832-6800.

We continue to monitor the Centers for Disease Control, the Ohio Department of Health, federal, state and local governmental authorities for recommendations and advice so that we resume normal operations in the safest manner possible. We will update this page with any changes.
